Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell einen Information Security Manager.
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the COMPANY group, ensuring that the IT risks are properly managed
Identify security-related IT risks and compliance requirements for COMPANY group
Develop and establish COMPANY group IT-wide risk management processes, including security audits
Development and ownership of an overall information security strategy
Define, establish, maintain and publish Information Security Guidelines, including policies and pertaining documents and standards which are binding for the entire COMPANY group
Cooperate with the IT Quality Manager, with the Local Security Coordinators (LSC) of the COMPANY group countries as well as with the Corporate IT Security Operation Center (SOC)
Periodically report on the overall status of the Information Security compliance within COMPANY group, collecting the information from the LSCs and from the Operational Security Officer (for the Corporate IT part)
Ensure the communication with LSCs, also providing information regarding global threats in alignment with the SOC
Establish and coordinate the International Information Security community across all COMPANY group countries
Create, maintain and drive a continuous improvement plan and ensure that security obligations are satisfied
Your qualifications:
University degree, specializing in business, computer science or business law or comparable education
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the role, preferable within the pharmaceutical industry environment
Knowledge of and experience with relevant information security standards (ISO 27000)
Certification (CISM and / or CISSP)
Independent, proactive and structured way of work, very strong analytical skills and a high service orientation
High engagement and assertiveness
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent English spoken and written
