Your responsibilities:
• Comprehensive designs
• Maintaining excellent communication with PMO and management on all tasks and projects.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of various collaboration platforms including hardware/software support, training, and special projects.
• Developing end user documentation and instructions on deployed technologies and future enhancements
• Maintain the practice of continuous improvement and education by attending seminars, etc. and keeping current on new leadership skills.
Your skills and knowledge:
• Proficient in and knowledge of Visual Basic Scripting, JS, SOAP, XML, JSON, PHP HTML, CSS, PowerShell and C# programming.
• Experience in Cisco networks and Cisco Unified Communications deployment and/or operation.
• CCNA (Required); CCNP-Voice (Required); CCIE-Voice (Highly Desired). Associates Degree (Required), Bachelor’s Degree (Highly Desired).
• Knowledge in setup and configuration of Cisco Prime; Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager; Solarwinds.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OSX in a LAN environment.
