Our client, the world's largest investor-owned power and gas company is current seeking a German & English speaking Software Architect/Java Developer with extensive Web and Java experience support in Java Middleware/Integration for project & support in the online environment, focus on Java Middleware/Integration.
This request seeks a Software Architect for both the solution design as well as the necessary developments and troubleshooting be adopted in the Java MW.
The web presence including the Customer Self Care area for the energy customers and the sales area will be continuously expanded in an agile project (Scrum). A component is a self-developed Java Middleware that connects the Back End (SAP IS-U) to the Internet by providing REST APIs.
ESSENTIAL
The successful candidate will be a very experienced Java developer/software architect with know-how in the web environment and extensive technological knowledge in REST service development with Spring 4, connection to SAP system (tooling: Eclipse, Maven, Tomcat, Jenkins, SAP Jco/SNC).
- Understanding of good/maintainable (software) architecture in the enterprise environment

- Desirable: energy know-how (SAP ISU), agile approach (Scrum)
Hourly rate: 75.- Euros (all in) for field operations
Hourly rate: 59.- Euros (all in) for remote operations
