Hello,On behalf of our client we are currently seeking the services of a 2nd Level Client Administrator for onsite work in Munich. Located approx. 10 minutes away from the main station in Munich you will be supported approx. users. Day to day task include installing new devices, incident management for office hours services .
You will have previous experience helping users with daily issues, outlook, PC, mobile. Users are working on Windows 10 and also MAC/OS (approx. 30 users on MAC) so you should comfortable in supporting both. Other applications including MS office 2016, anti-virus, basic network issues on PC, knowledge of IP and printer issues. Level 2 position.
We also have with the same client a separate position to the above in Frankfurt for 2-3 days a week with the same customer (part time)
