SAP OCM (Organisational Change Manager & Trainer) (Europe & APAC) - c.€675/day + expenses - 14 months
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a global SAP implementation project as an SAP OCM & Training Consultant supporting deployment into the APAC Region.
This will be a challenging role on a long term project that will see you play a key role in both OCM and Training, localisation strategy, change impact analysis, organisational integration, change management, planning and coordinating project related training, creating training documents and plans, supporting assessment of training needs, etc.
You should have previous experience in OCM ideally gained within the APAC region.
The role will be split between Germany and India and so you should be open to spending large periods of time outside of Europe. All expenses to Germany, India and any other countries will be paid by the client (including accommodation and travel/flights).
