Stellenbeschreibung:
- SW, test scripts and test report documentation and archiving
- Analysis and reproduction of signalling issues along protocol logging data of CMW500
- Execution and result evaluation of signalling procedures for LTE and LTE-IRAT scenarios in call box and protocol tester platform
- Interoperability check and characterisation of vendor specific LTE UE implementation and prototypes
- Verification of protocol stack bug fixes
- Extension and further automation of existing regression test system
- SW test scripts and test report documentation and archiving
- Manual and remote operation of instruments in particular CMW500
Vorausgesetzte Anforderungen:
- B.A./B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent educational certificate
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in working with international teams
- Strong communication skills at technical level
- Flexibility to switch between different topics within the job description
- Proven ability designing, debugging and understanding complex hardware/software systems with dedicated focus to LTE protocol stack layers MAC, RLC, RRC
- Good understanding of physical layer and NAS layer
- Background in communications systems very desirable, such as UMTS, GSM
- Proven experience in a scripting language and C++ design techniques and implementation
- Proven experience with professional SW environment including bug tracking system, archiving etc.
- Experience in real-time, multi-tasking multi-processor systems
- Experience and knowledge with RF measurements and measurement techniques is desired
