Our client in Frankfurt have a contract MS Dynamics 365 Consultant role, the ideal candidate must have experience in:
L1 support
- Helpdesk will act as first point of contact for tickets triaging. Post this activity, tickets will be assigned to Infosys Consultant to further categorize the tickets into L1, L2 and L3 and further resolve the tickets.
Application Support (L2)
- Incident Resolution including workarounds
- Configuration issues and application operation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 - PROD, DEV and INT environments
- Maintenance of the MSD365 Application and SQL DB Server activities related to the upgrades and changes in close cooperation with Treasury team and current MSD365 Implementation supplier
Bug Fixes (L3)
- Issues escalated by L2 and Processing of pre-qualified work orders per ticket
- Major bug fixes and implementation or code changes
- Testing
Enhancements and Change Requests (L3)
Must be fluent in German language
