Our client is the creator of a fitness search engine and personal trainer platform, which ensures a comprehensive and objective overview of the available fitness, wellness and health services for the first time in Germany.
Through various filter options and clear information, results can be specifically compared, and the individually matching offer selected in a transparent online market.
They are looking for a Frontend Engineer (f/m) (JavaScript) who will be an essential part of their international team and will have the possibility to learn in a fast-growing start-up environment in the heart of Berlin.
Responsibilities:
- Working with our product owners and Back End developers to build a next-generation web (and mobile) application with a focus on an extraordinary client-side experience
- You are eager to write automated tests to ensure functionality and quality of the product
- You regularly participate in design and code reviews
- From time to time you present new technologies to the team
Preferred Background:
- Good knowledge of web technologies like HTML5/CSS3/JS for Front End and at least one Back End language
- An eye for design and acute attention to details
- Familiarity with React and/or Typescript as well as .NET Core is a plus
- Knowledge of SaaS applications and microservices approach is a plus
- Understanding the concepts of NodeJS and related tooling (Webpack, SASS & Gulp) is a plus
- You are proficient in English (German speaking is a plus)
