Main tasks:
- Execute a plan to improve flow of products, people and information
- Leverage process knowledge to identify opportunities / solutions to improve throughput capacity by reducing impact of constraints
- Sustain business improvement results through the application of Lean, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Facilitate business case definitions and results presentations as required
- Follow and observe all regulatory requirements (GMPs, ISO, FDA, internal policies) applicable to area of responsibility
- Lead change, connect with others and shape the environment
Main qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
- Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is preferred
- Awareness of stakeholders, including manufacturing engineering, quality engineering
- Collaboration skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of the need for cost management and its importance for customers
- Ability to deliver oral and written communications around process improvement projects
- Organized, analytical approach to problem solving way of working
- Familiarity with FDA, GMP and ISO
- Fluency in English and German necessary
