Beschreibung
Task:- Lead and manage one or more test teams/efforts to visualize and improve the quality of developed software in order to reduce risk exposure to the bank
- Responsible for the overall definition and establishment of test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, test reports, test environments and other necessary documentation in the testing area of an IT program and IT projects according to the CMMI L3 process standards of the bank
- First point of contact all testing project issues
- Conduction of regular meeting with test managers of subordinated projects
- Review of test entry/exit criteria to ensure that they are met before promotion to the next test/project phase
- Review of test deliverables of test managers of subordinated projects
- Deliver all phase deliverables in time with high quality
- Ensure the appropriate level of testing is completed to identify and resolve or escalate any issues
- Demonstrate high degree of independence and strong leadership in thought process
- Act as a mentor to junior team members
- Strong presentation, advocacy and influencing skills

- Escalations following the monitoring and control of the whole test process

Requirements (Must have):
- Experience in software testing and test process (min. 5 years)
- Experience in test management (min.2 years)
- Experience in leading an IT team
- Banking experience strongly preferred
- Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or Financial studies
- Proactive personality with a "can do" attitude
- Excellent Communications skills (written and oral)
- ISTQB certification (advanced) a strong plus
- Experience with Test Tools (Quality Center, QTP Quick test professional) is a strong plus
- Programming skills would be a nice plus
