• Finalize a final joint project plan recognizing available capacities of all involved stakeholder and delivery partner
• Agree and test the Mass Roll Out (MRO) Process 
• Execute N1 MSAN MRO 
• Establish a joint risk management for technical and commercial evaluation of risks and their potential mitigation 
• Implement the rollout concepts for MRO, complex locations, SIP solutions, prioritization and regulated applications (if applicable) 
• Execute rollout 
• Solution-consulting for complex requirements of functional deviations within the All-IP substitute (function add/loss) 
• Escalation-Management
