Consultant for Smart Manufacturing/Predictive Maintenance (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Implementation of AI solutions in client's production and testing sytems in antenna manufacturing and mobile phone production systems
- Predictive maintenance of telecommunication test equipment
- Improve the current test data/manufacturing information system by implementing advanced Cloud-based solutions for real-time production data analysis
- Implementation of machine learning strategies to improve the complicated test times, identifying test failure in advance and thereby improving the testing process
- Big data analysis of the production process (test data, quality data, machine data)
- Implementation of IOT for legacy systems
- Report industry trends and leading solutions providers in smart manufacturing
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in implementing smart manufacturing solutions in top manufacturing companies
- Solid experience in deploying AI models in the Cloud/Edge and guiding teams for successful realization of projects using various tools (Hadoop, Spark, TensorFlow, Theano etc.)
- Solid experience in implementing IOT platforms (deployment of sensors, hardware etc.)
- Very good English language skills
- Willingness to travel - short trips in Europe and to China
