Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support of the creation of a detailed scope of work document for outsourced service "End-to-End system test of a UMTS net-work release 8.0"
- Support of the definition of milestones and acceptance criteria for the individual work packages based on defined technical respectively feature requirements
- Definition and Description of standardized Metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the regular Quality Assessment of the outsourced service
- Evaluation and reporting of the defined metrics and KPIs in the implementation phase in 2011
- Support for a formalized churn management process
- Preparation of the scope of work for the Release 8.1 test pack-age
Ihre Qualifikation
- Profound experience in project management/supplier management of large projects preferably in the telecom sector
- Profound experience in creation and administration of outsourced test packages within a globally distributed organization
- Detailed understanding of "best practices" in the outsourcing of large test projects as a fixed price service
- Fluent in spoken and written English mandatory
- Fluent in spoken and written German preferred
