Task:- Leading and directing the testing effort for an application mass migration initiative
- Defining the testing approach, schedule, distribution of activities and execution of application testing
- Managing a central offshore testing team, directing their assignments and resolving any issues with task execution
- Communication off all testing results to project management. Creation and delivery of quality reports
- Direct involvement in application testing
- Utilize and configure test suite tools to facilitate the execution of testing and the collection of results for reporting
- Ability to analyze test results and provide written feedback on them
Requirements (Must have):
- Detailed understanding of Software Quality Assurance and the specific application of it?s principals
- Monitor and control testing
- Detailed understanding of testing methodologies, approach and best practices
- Detailed knowledge of and experience with test suite tools
- Experience managing a central testing team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detailed understanding of the SDLC
