Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- Technical Operations Support of the SUN Solaris (Legacy,8 & 10) test and productive server environment for Java Application Platform, Data Warehousing and non standardized Real Time Platforms
- Maintain technical documentation (System Operation Manuals)
- Implementation (deployment and configuration) of middleware and software components
- Support quality control of deployed software components, conducting test procedures to proof production readiness
- Develop sustainability and identify and implement potential improvements of existing processes and technical solutions
- Coordination of involved parties / organizational units during deployment of OS releases/patches, applications and middleware, quality management and generate sustainability complex infrastructure deployments
Anforderung:
- Undergraduate degree (HF or FH), ideally combined with ITIL experience
- Experienced in the administration of SUN Solaris (physical/virtualization), Veritas products, Network protocols
- Experience in managing services and develop and deliver according to OLA / SLA
- Good analytical skills with regards to Problem, Capacity and Performance Management
- Experience in working in intercultural, midsized teams with strong focus on the needs of internal customers
