European opportunity for a ServiceNow Consultant for an initial 3/6 month contract with a view to extend to work with a Leading Technology Organisation based out of Dusseldorf.
You will be responsible for leading an end to end implementation and provide the successful delivery of a ServiceNow solution and service.
Skill:
Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Service Desk and Service Request Management
ServiceNow development, design, Integration and deployment activities.
Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technological problems
JavaScript, Angular JS XML, HTML, etc.
Experience integrating with web services (publishing or consuming);
Job description:
Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system including workflows
Installation and/or configuration of ServiceNow platform, applications and modules
Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow with a focus on the ITOM based products (discovery, service mapping, configuration management, event management)
Providing hands-on leadership to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Expert level knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting and Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP/S, etc.)
Demonstrated Enterprise Architecture skills, especially in Enterprise System Management and IT Service Management space
Collaboration with ServiceNow System Administration and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements, then transform the requirements into a valid solution
Responsible for the design and build of ServiceNow Applications and integration to other applications and platforms; including architecture, languages, best practices and methodologies
ServiceNow certification preferred
