PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
In the Talent and Organizational Insight team we are responsible for a portfolio of global surveys needed to support the development of individuals and the entire organization. We design and run these instruments to generate insights into SAP's attitudes, behaviors and motivations. These insights are used to drive talent and organizational development decisions to best support our strategic business priorities.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As an intern in the Talent and Organizational Insight team you will:
. Work on design and roll-out global strategic employee surveys;
. Assist in overall project management activities;
. Support implementation of a global assessment strategy and follow-up/development activities;
. Support development of training materials for managers and HR Business Partners;
. Compile and consolidate data, provide analysis of Human Resource Metrics.

Preferred start date for the internship is September/October 2018 for a duration of 6 months.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
. Student at university or university of applied sciences
. Preferred field(s) of study: I/O Psychology, Business Administration, Social Science, Economics or comparable with an HR background; Candidates working towards a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics will also be considered.
. Computer skills: Microsoft Office
. Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, additional language would be an advantage, but is not prerequisite
. Soft skills:Detail-oriented and analytical; process oriented and ability to be comfortable working with high volume data, figures, and statistics Comfortable with learning and utilizing a variety of reporting applications, systems and tools
. Good interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
. Proactive team player able to work well under pressure
. Capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/
programming languages.
