A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for an Executive Assistant / Junior Programme Management Officer.Start Date: 01.11.2018
End Date: 31.12.2018

Tasks:
• In this project you take over the maintenance of the programme’s key documents.
• You manage the Programme Head’s calendar/agenda.
• Travel and event management for Programme Head and his direct reports.
• You are responsible for the internal communication (i.e. e-mails to programme staff) and organization of internal events and meetings.
• You support the onboarding of the external resources.
• You make the invoice processing (my Spend).
• With increasing experience, the role can be enriched with:
o Change Management execution (i.e. Implement communication and training measures as defined by Change Management Team).
o Project Methodology communication and trainings.
o SharePoint structure & authorization concept.
Requirements:
• You have experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant and in Project Management or Project Management Office.
• Experience in Event Management and / or Communications is an advantage.
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• You have a high service orientation.
• You have natural attention to detail and enjoy doing repetitive day-to-day tasks while at the same time be ready to cope with ad-hoc requests.
• You are able to take an end-to-end perspective on the client's need (understand the full need).
