- Financial Support of Media Relations
o Budget preparation for Media Relations (MR)
o Forecast Preparation across company codes ¿ verifying spend against budget
o Financial support for MR Projects
- Financial Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Operations
o Donation Process for EMEA
o Project Controlling
- Communications Agency Operations
o Crafting of Statements of Work for the Communications Agencies, in particular of
Burson-Marsteller in Major and Secondary Markets
o Invoice verification
o Sign-off processes by authorized managers
Other:
- Vollzeit oder Teilzeit -+gt; mindestens 60%
- 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Finanzthemen / Controlling
- Selbstständig
- Prozessorientiert
- Team-Spieler
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Fähigkeit, mit Senior Management (innerhalb GC) zu arbeiten
