IT Application Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Consulting the “Validation Manager” as defined in the respective policy
- Consulting that all validated applications/software remain in a validated state and that all change requests are appropriately handled and documented
- Software implementation, enhancement and data migration projects
- Implementation and maintenance of all applications/software
- Development of enhancements/improvements of existing applications by updating processes, software and hardware
- Tasks of the Business Operator from a technical perspective to support business processes in GI-GRA
- Administer the applications/software (incl. interfaces for existing sources and dedicated tasks requiring special permissions)
- Consistency checks
- User management (setup and configure roles and rights) training (Business Operators/Key Users and/or technical part) is provided for all applications/software managed for GI-GRA
- Maintenance of data (e.g. thesauri, dictionaries, libraries) on request within the respective systems
Main qualifications
- Familiar with RIM systems and publishing tools
- Familiar with regulatory processes
- Knowledge of specific software used within the pharmaceutical industry (especially within Regulatory Affairs)
- Basic understanding of common database systems (SQL)
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines (e.g. system validation, ICH Guidelines, CFR Part 11)
- Basic project management skills
- Basic understanding of drug development and regulatory processes
- Basic understanding of data security and system validation within a regulated environment
- Good spoken and written English, knowledge of German advantageous
- Efficient team working attitude, structured working style, good communication skills, customer focused mindset, flexible in adapting to changing needs and priorities
