Defect Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Support the project leader
- Responsible for receiving, recording and tracking of defects
- Serve the team in dispatching defects and facilitate the team to take decisions
- Prioritize defects and fix with the aid of project management
- Track and push defect tickets
- Know details about the status of defect or resulting change
- Participation in weekly team meetings/ planning meetings
- Provide weekly status reports about defects internally and to customer projects
- Support defect handling with customer projects
- Respect quality requirements of the Software Design and Scrum Process
Main qualifications
- Experience in the area of embedded or automotive software development
- Expert or Master in handling of defects / changes in software development cycles
- Knowledge in usage of defect/ change tracking system(s) is required
- Knowledge in SCRUM is an advantage
- Knowledge of RTC is an advantage
- Fluent business German and English
- Commitment, flexibility, presentation and communication skills
