IT PMO ASSISTENT (m/w)
Projektbeschreibung
IHR PROFIL BITTE IN ENGLISCH SENDEN
deliver project assistance to projects within the Information Systems Department and shall provide experience and capabilities in the following areas:
Provide support to the project manager/s
General and specific administration and support for the project/s.
Maintenance of project information and provision of this information on request (e.g. for audits).
Production of formal, project-related documents (e.g.: cover memos requesting approvals, memos and documents to start activities and documents related to project processes).
Delivery of progress reports, summaries of feedback on documents and minutes.
Monitoring of budgets and expenditure for the project/s
Communication and co-ordination with project stakeholders and other projects.
Skills required:
In the performance of the assigned tasks the requested consultancy service is expected to:
Collect independently the information required for the tasks;
Run the administrative process for document approval (i.e. prepare necessary documentation, to request, clarify and integrate comments into documents);
Be able to work to short project deadlines.
Additional competences:
Demonstrable experience in project assistance in a formal and international, multi-stakeholder environment as described in the tasks above.
Be recognised (through references and/or through Microsoft Office certification) as a provider of MS Office services
References in multi-cultural environment would be an asset.
In addition, the personnel deployed would require good communication skills with both internal and external counterparts.
Language:
The works will be delivered exclusively in English (verbal communication, presentation and written documentation)
