Technical Analyst (Windows)
One of my banking clients based in Munich, Germany is urgently looking for a Technical Analyst (Windows) to support all standard browsers and Multimedia applications
The Technical Analyst (Windows) will have:
- Good knowledge of Win 7, 8.1, 10
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Architecture, eg AD, Policies, DNS, DC, SCCM, ect.
- Good knowledge of the various Microsoft products like IE, Edge, Office, etc.
- Good knowledge of the various Adobe products, and self developed Office an Adobe near products
- Good knowledge of various end-devices, eg Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, ATM, etc.
- Expert knowledge in Testing of the above products
- Knowing the Client Product- and Release - certification-process and all relevant tools like ProductDB, PREUV, Esamino
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
- Handling of HPSM Tickets
- Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
- Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and Security services
