Vehicle Certification and Reliability Consultant (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Professional guide in reliability laboratory building for vehicle component and modules: electric vehicle power chain and control system (such as MDC, MCU, DBOX, BMS and others)
- Capacity-building of reliability test technology and method (such as vibration, acoustic, corrosion, waterproof, etc.) for vehicle component and module
- Independent advice to weather resistant design for vehicle component and module
- Support and develop CAE reliability simulation ability for key hardware modules and give effective improvement based on simulation result
- Active participation in test, analysis and troubleshooting of client's projects
- Supporting and accelerate project global compliance certification according to custom’s requirements
- Support in the acquisition of consulting and engineering assignments
- Holding lectures and training on conferences and workshop within project team
Main qualifications
- Excellent ability of reliability laboratory management and building
- Very familiar with the mainstream requirements of vehicle hardware system from OEM/Tier 1 vehicle companies
- Very familiar with the international requirements for reliability test process and method
- Profound practical knowledge in dealing with vehicle hardware system reliability test experience and skill
- Successful experience in vehicle unit or system compliance certification
- Profound experience related to automotive component/module/system level compliance reliability test method, standard, in-house requirements & specification such as ISO16949, ISO16750, MIL810G, AEC Q and others
- Familiar with reliability test process, method, tools and equipment of electric vehicle components
- Deep understanding on driver assistance systems, or highly automated driving solution is preferred
- Good English skills and willingness to travel
