Detailed Job Description:
The Requirements:
• 6 plus years of experience in User experience and Digital Design
• Ability to define and evaluate UX journey’s, processes and user requirements
• Ability to realize ideas through rapid sketches and conceptual wireframes
• Create detailed annotated wireframes and supporting documentation
• Creating and develop UX solutions via prototyping using modern tools
• Possess experience/knowledge of a range of UX methods and deliverables (e.g. 1-2-1 lab-based testing, Heuristic evaluation, Remote testing, Tree Testing/Card Sorting, surveys, Wire-framing/Prototyping, UX/UI Design).
• Experience designing considered user interfaces for digital products and services
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Keynote, Microsoft Office
• Deep understanding of typography, color, layout and motion design principles
• Bring ideas to life in industry standard tools: After Effects, Invision Framer or Principle
• Strong domain knowledge of different digital platforms (iOS/Android, Windows/Mac)
• Comfortable working within a fast paced, creative, and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to meet and exceed expectations under tight time lines.
• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies is a plus.
• Desirable: Degree-qualified of professional knowledge in a relevant area including psychology, cognitive science, computer science.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Be willing to travel across Europe on project based work
• Comfortable working in agile sprint team based engagements

The Responsibilities:
• Participating in the discovery of design thinking workshops, identifying common touchpoints, removing pain points and reducing friction. Eliminating complexities and crafting simplified solutions through research and recommendation.
• UCD and design thinking approaches and methods
• Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces
• Work closely with designers, developers, business analysts, product owners, product managers and other team members who are as passionate about their work as you are to ensure research has a significant contribution to the delivery of the service, consolidating research findings, often from multiple sources, into a short, concise, actionable story for partners and product teams. Ideate and craft visual design solutions across all digital touch points
• Presenting your work with rational thinking to the stakeholders and internal teams
• Creating and managing brand library toolkit for rapid and efficient use for future projects
• Collaborate with tech teams in agile ways of working
• Guide, support and nurture junior level members of the team
• Contributing to the planning and scoping of project
