* Track record of leading large projects and programs in the area Order Management
* Deep experience with Re-Engineering projects
* Ability to oversee the application and process life cycle
* Strong communication skills at all levels
* Ability to influence teams and projects - leadership skills
* Fluent in English and German
* Passionate, self driven; negotiation skills
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under time pressure
* Experience in facilitation of workshops
