Tätigkeit:For one of our customers in NRW we are searching for a Consultant (f/m) with hands-on knowledge of usability and information architecture, project planning and implementation, requirements gathering, the web development processes, and web design along with strong competencies and the ability to work in a cross-functional team. The main assignment will consist in supporting and conducting research to assess and improve the effectiveness and usability of our international sales and service web portals. Tasks: Design and manage execution of experiments to measure site performance against the requirements specification, using established HCD methodologies and analysis techniques, project management of usability-tests from concept development through to presentation of the test results to international stakeholders, online conversion optimization delivering significant increases to conversion and target metrics to the most desired action for revenue, prepare user research plans and test protocols, translate research findings into design recommendations, planning and moderation of usability workshops. Required Skills: strong Telecommunication know-how, speak/write fluent business level english.
