The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of usability and information architecture project planning and implementation, requirements gathering, the web development processes, and web design along with strong competencies and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.Your main assignment will consist in supporting and conducting research to assess and improve the effectiveness and usability of our international sales and service web portals. - Design and manage execution of experiments to measure site performance against the requirements specification, using established HCD methodologies and analysis techniques.
- Project management of usability-tests from concept development through to presentation of the test results to international stakeholders.
- Online Conversion Optimization delivering significant increases to conversion and target metrics to the Most Desired Action for revenue.
- Prepare user research plans and test protocols.
- Translate research findings into design recommendations.
- Planning and moderation of usability workshops.
- Ability to travel on an occasional basis to NatCo locations.
