Task:The ideal candidate (m/f) will have hands-on knowledge of usability and information architecture project planning and implementation, requirements gathering, the web development processes, and web design along with strong competencies and the ability to work in a cross-functional team. Your main assignment will consist in supporting and conducting research to assess and improve the effectiveness and usability of our international sales and service web portals.
Main Tasks :
-Design and manage execution of experiments to measure site performance against the requirements specification, using established HCD methodologies and analysis techniques.
-Project managment of usability-tests from concept development through to presentation of the test results to international stakeholders.
-Online Conversion Optimization delivering significant increases to conversion and target metrics to the Most Desired Action for revenue.
-Prepare user research plans and test protocols.
-Translate research findings into design recommendations.
-Planning and moderation of usability workshops.
-Ability to travel on an occasional basis to NatCo locations.
