• Consultancy in the set up and operation of customer application (project management software)
• Provision of a technical support service
Duties / Activities
• Support Business Partners in setting up and configuring of customer application
• Enabling of and liaison with Business Partner Key Users
• 2nd Level Support including analysis of tickets forwarded from 1st Level Support or Key Users, transfer of 3rd Level issues to the provider and follow up
• Configuration of Web Services to manage Data Transfer
Qualifications
• Degree in Information Studies, Business Studies in combination with IT or similar
• Knowledge of SQL and XML , Java Know How would be an advantage
• Experience in the configuration and administration of Web Services
• Understanding of project management processes and methods
• Strong analytical skills and confident in interaction with business partners
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Good german and English
