- Set up consistent project plan to liquidate a company
- Organize and execute transfer of distribution partner to target location
- Organize and execute HR-measures to terminate existing employee relations in good faith
- Organize and execute both legal and financial liquidation of a company within the group
- Miscellaneous issue with regard to liquidation of the company (e.g., mitigate reputational risks with regard to the liquidation of the company)
