IT Service Delivery Manager-Business Development/ITIL/Freelance
I am working with one of Europe's leading companies within their industry for a freelance IT Service Delivery Manager.
You will be responsible for monitor, control and support service delivery ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are put place. Managing the effective implementation of resource planning, recruitment & IT risks; identifying, mitigating and recommending solutions to Head of IT. You will also be responsible for coordinate business development activities such as identification and communication with client
Required experience:
- Experienced with Information Technology; trends, products and solutions
- Experience of maintaining service support functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and 2nd line technicians
- Knowledge of business development, especially spotting and developing business opportunities with the customer
- Customer focused with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong service orientation.
