Workday Change Manager.
Role Requirements:
- Engaging, building strong relationships and partnering with the business leaders, SMEs and HR business partners to understand each project's scope and the associated impacts
- Driving change management and business readiness
- Owning and executing the change management plan covering risk, support and alignment to existing project methodology
- Articulating and communicating the change, key impacts and scope of effort based on your Change Impact Assessment approach
- Delivering detailed and frequent functional change communications through a variety of channels - F2F, posters, portal and end-to-end walk throughs
- Coordinating the distribution of the relevant external communications as identified in the CIA approach
- Defining the training needs analysis and the appropriate training strategy
- Planning and then delivering the end user training approach as aligned with best practice training methods in the industry
- Accountable for the development of training materials, scheduling of training and feedback on training interventions
