Experience required
- Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 and Citrix XenApp
- Virtualization
- Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2
- Active Directory
- MS PowerShell
- Troubleshooting
- Analytical Skills
- ITIL knowledge
- 3rd Level Support and Incident Management in that context
- Deploying required Patched (ie Security)
