- Responsible for comprehensive designs: properly planning and articulating how each piece impacts the other parts of the solution, the existing environment, and any future roadmaps of the overall collaboration systems platforms portfolio.
- Serve as the final escalation point for all Messaging, Unified Communications, Audio Video and Networking functions.
- Assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into the collaboration systems platforms and make recommendations for implementation.
- Follows Firm project management processes to onboard any solution
- Leads projects assigned by updating project status, resource management and tracking project success.
- Provides leadership of the overall function’s objectives and goals and mentorship to other members of the Collaboration Team.
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of various collaboration platforms including hardware/software support, training, and special projects.
- Maintains excellent communication with PMO and management on all tasks and projects
- Responsible for communicating with customers, peers, team and managers regarding incident and change management
- Responsible for time management and recording time to project and solutions initiatives
- Responsible for developing end user documentation and instructions on deployed technologies and future enhancements
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- You have a bachelor degree in the relevant field or own an associates degree
- You should bring 8+ years of experiences in Cisco networks and Cisco Unified Communications deployment.
- Knowledge in CCNA, CCNP- Voice, CCIE-Voice are highly required
- Expert knowledge of CISCO Unified Communications Manager and other CISCO products
- Highly capable to work with the MS Office package
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OSX in a LAN environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory; IIS; Database (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge in setup and configuration of Cisco Prime; Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager; Solarwinds.
- Proficient in and knowledge of Visual Basic Scripting, JS, SOAP, XML, JSON, PHP HTML, CSS, PowerShell and C# programming
- You should own excellent communications skills, analytical skills and be a team player
