Task:• Tracking of agreed action items and deliverables
• Distribution of agreed work packages due dates and action items
• Responsible for regular status reporting
• Monitoring of central/regional activities of topic owners
• Resolve escalation tickets and issues
• Result documentation of meetings and workshops
• Preparation of decision papers
• Creation of decision enabling documents for senior management
• Creating status reports, project timeline and milestones
• Regular alignment with stakeholders and the PMO
• Provide the technical risk register
• Responsible to elaborate risk mitigation measures
• Maintain project repository
• Assign work packages to roles
• Data and information exchange with other work streams (e.g. HR, PML,…)
Requirements (Must have):
• project management experience (3+ years)
• controlling basics
• organizational skills
• understand IT impact of business requirements
• escalation management
• communication skills
• capability to create presentations for stakeholders
• English language is mandatory / German language would be beneficial
