• Coordination of Incidents and Enhancements
• Status Tracking and coordination of adhoc requests
• Coordination Enhancements together with business in Delivery Dates and Estimations
• Checking of technical changes and transports done by an external supplier
• Definition of incident management processes
• Application Management in SAP AMS
• Coordination System copies and system upgrades e.g. EHP upgrades
• Monitoring Interface and Systems
Skills:
• IS-U related knowledge
• ITIL
• 2. and 3. Level support with customizing and ABAP know how for SAP IS-U System
• English spoken
