Spotfire Business Analyst - Reporting, Vizualisation, Clinical Trial

This resource request is for a Business Analyst within the Business Technology group for a reporting and visualization tool (Spotfire) implementation. The individual will be responsible for the following project management activities on the project which include a very technical focus:

- Prior experience having managed and delivered complex projects that include multiple workstreams and multiple global stakeholder groups
- High-level of understanding of technical delivery tasks, dependencies and order of execution
- Ability to effectively establish and manage technical change management processes and associated governance
- Prior experience working within a qualified systems environment and successful creation and review of high quality qualification documents
- Ability to identify appropriate risks attributed to the technical delivery
- In-depth technical knowledge of common application and server setup/configurations and preferably, relevant R&D applications and services
- Prior experience working with offshore vendors is preferred, and the knowledge of how to work effectively with these vendors to produce quality output;
- Ability to work in projects and environments that are unstructured- the individual must be capable of establishing his own working patterns and bringing structure to projects where there are multiple parties involved and where roles are not always defined from the start
- Ability to establish and promote an effective project governance structure
- Collaborative working approach, willingness to engage stakeholders on a consistent basis to build ongoing relationships throughout the project
- Excellent communication skills, both one on one, and in larger groups.
- Strong sense of accountability both within the PL role and for all project team members
- Detail oriented individual, who is closely involved and understands at all times all of the different activities that are taking place in the project
- Ability to prioritize and understand where to place resourcing efforts and which issues are most important to the project
- Experience in financial management of projects and demonstrated track record of efficiently managing a project towards a budget
- Not just an oversight role, but expectation to engage in the execution of tasks

Project specific requirement:
- Proven specialist knowledge of clinical development business processes development eg Regulatory Affairs, BioStats, Drug Safety, Clinical Operations
- Extensive knowledge on technologies and trends related to Research and Development including big data, advanced analytics and Internet of Things
- Prior experience in completing a full computerized systems validation and testing methodology with awareness of the risks, issues, complications, and activities involved in these processes
- Exposure to TIBCO Spotfire, R, SAS, Python and Java programming languages
