SOC BACKEND ENGINEER (DIGITAL LAYOUT) - GERMANY - 6 mths+
My client, a market leader within their sector are looking to recruit a DFT Engineer to join their busy and long Automotive project.
They require the following skills and experience:
- Working on automotive SoCs - new technologies (22nm FDX GF and/or 28nm TSMC)
- Working in the Back End flow (DRC, LVS, Place & Route)
- Experience with Cadence Innovus and/or Synopsys ICC2
- Experience in digital layouting
The role offer the possibility of upto 70% remote work if desired (after an initial 3-4wks onsite full time).
The role is due to start as soon as possible.
