For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant ITSM (m/f)Overview:
The client needs help in the stabilization & redesign of their Service management (ITIL) processes.
Activities:
Proactive analytical approach
Prepare summaries for mid- and top-management
Communicate to multiple stakeholder / key persons
Editing of the ITIL framework, at least on the V3 Foundation level
Handling of ITSM Tools (Service Now)
Intensive verbal and written communication (German/English)
Configuration management
Change management:
Advise in (Incident-, Problem-, Knowledge- and Service Request Management)
Creation of documentation and training materials
Performing trainings, guidance and assistance for support teams
Creation of CMDB data quality reports
Bringing transparency through Changes
Location: Hannover, some meetings in Duesseldorf
Start: ASAP
Duration: 7 months+
