For our client in Munich we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Our client is planning Go Lives in „Performance" and in "Compensation". You would help prepare these go lives and support during and after the go lives.Ideally you are available on short notice to start working in Munich.
Tasks:
- Prepare go lives of submodules Performance and Compensation
- Support during and after the go lives (support, coaching, …)
- Concepts and consulting related to roles and related to "cloud vs. on-premise"
- SAP SuccessFactors consulting (Performance and Compensation)
Required Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors (Performance, Compensation)
- experience in roles in SuccessFactors
- nice to have: Succession Planning and Target and Behavior
Conditions:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 4 months
- Workload: Part Time or Full Time
- Location: Munich, Germany
- Language: English
