Einsatzort: Düsseldorf, Germany (few travels within Germany possible)

Job description:
In the role of Technical Test Lead…
• you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems
• You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes
• You will also be required to design an optimal test data management strategy to

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 5 years of experience with IT
Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Test Data Management and Release Management
• At least 3 years of experience in TDM with work experience on at least 2 different TDM tools (e.g. Delphix/IBM OPTIM)
• Expertise in tool evaluation and conducting POCs
• Profound knowledge within Ability to put TDM Strategy, process, solution (masking, data provisioning, data generation etc.) for Organisation
• Ability to conduct POC (identifying scope, managing stakeholder, execution)
• Understanding on TDM maturity models
• Strong Communications (German & English)
• Good understanding of waterfall and agile testing models
• Excellent communication skills in German and English is a must
• Test coordination and reporting
• Communication and Analytical skills
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time
• Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
• Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Nice to have
• Experience in TDM implementation journey for some other customer
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
