For our client in Hamburg, Germany we are looking for one Business Analyst. Ideally you have some experience in eCommerce, CRM processes, and banking. This is a digital transformation project in the banking industry where a new CRM frontend system will be implemented. Your tasks are to analyse the gaps between the new CRM frontend solution and the requirements of the business and to find solutions. Detailed documentation as well as a team of technical experts will sport you.Tasks:
- Fit-Gap Analysis between new CRM frontend and business requirements (most is well documented already)
- Discuss and agree on solutions to fill potential gaps
Required Skills:
- Business Analyst experience
- CRM processes
- Interest in IT / digital solutions
- eCommerce
- Banking terminology
- Nice to have: German language
Conditions:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months (potential extension)
- Workload: ideally Full Time, 5 days per week
- Location: Hamburg, Germany and REMOTE
