Projekt-/Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Bei einem weltweit führenden Unternehmen der IT-Travel-Industry werden 2 Entwickler für das Projekt "Monitoring Tool-Migration) gesucht.
Projektstandort ist Erding (Produktion), Entwicklungsstandort ist in Nizza. Kundenprojekte werden agil (Scrum) durchgeführt. Laufzeit ist 6 Monate.

Alerting migration:
Review the existing alerting mechanism on legacy application (sentinel, written in perl/python + mysql)
Review with users to confirm expected behaviour and feasibility in new technical stack (Prometheus / Grafana / Alert manager)
Implement solution to migrate and synchronize legacy alerting with new alerting
Analyse drift and implement mitigation / solutions when required until the deco of the legacy

Shadow mode / comparison
Analyse possibilities to compare quality of data in legacy stack (mysql) with new stack (Prometheus). ~15 Millions metrics
Implement solution to achieve permanent / regular data quality check
Analyse drift and work with other developers to implement mitigation / solutions when required until the deco of the legacy
