We are currently recruiting for HPSA (HP Server Automation) Architect position for our client based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Job description:
- 7 to 10+ Years of experience in IT industry in infrastructure support and service management area
- Sound Technical knowledge and relevant experience in Solution designing
- Good Customer exposure and experience of requirement gathering
- Expertise in Integration of HPSA (HP Server Automation) with other various ITSM tools
- Experience in HPSA (HP Server Automation) onboarding, Alerting, Reporting and Dashboarding process
- Experience in HPSA (HP Server Automation) installation, configuration and administration of HPSA (HP Server Automation) Cluster
- Sound knowledge of Security systems
- Expertise in Integration of HPSA (HP Server Automation) with other IT Operations tools
- Understanding of HPSA (HP Server Automation) architecture and components.
- Experience on Orchestration
- Configure, & deploy HPSA (HP Server Automation) products
- Sound knowledge of Integration with ticketing tools like Remedy, service now and virtualizations
- Sound knowledge of event co-relation and event de-duplication
- Knowledge on automation of User Management, alerting and HPSA (HP Server Automation) onboarding
- Good Troubleshooting skills
