Project Description: CIT-DIS is a functional management and strategic IT security group within our customer. Internal controlling, governance of budgets, project managers, and high level leadership program management is a requirement of the Governance Office. This Governance Program Support Manager will be responsible for centralizing all efforts from multiple program managers in various national companies. The governance program management office/team duties will include day to day alignment and contacts with DIS governance interfaces (i.e. Central Finance, CIT LT, DRC, Procurement, IT Service Management, and IT Compliance), producing results on the various program management tasks, comptrolling, reporting on leadership team action points, department gaps, maintaining milestones on the budgets, organizing multiple stakeholders, and program/department risks.Requirements: Candidate should have experience in project/program management support, University education, speak/write fluent business level German and English (English will be spoken 80% of day). Candidate should have international experience in large complex organizations, be a self starter, and used to high stress - low guidance environments. Knowledge and background with IT, IT Security, is a big plus.
