Beschreibung: Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
• Recording and analysis of customer requirements in the cloud environment (i.e. IaaS/PaaS/SaaS environment), mainly amazon web services
• Creation and coordination of concepts on the basis of Platform/Infrastructure/ Monitoring/ Networking as Code
• Consulting of product teams / developer teams on the use of cloud technologies
• Ensure close collaboration with the Cloud Foundation team and understand its concepts and solutions
• Working with teams at different international locations developing a global Customer Cloud strategy and ensuring a long-term partnership with Customers internal customers.
Technical requirements
• An university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Understanding of the Site Reliability Engineering approach and have already gained experience in Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment as well as in Scaling Infrastructure
• Very good knowledge in automation as well as experience in the area of IaaS and PaaS automation, especially based on the AWS product portfolio complete your profile.
• Good knowledge in AWS, especially in the AWS services RDS, Dynamo, S3, KMS, Kinesis, EMR, Elastic Search and Redshift
• In addition, good knowledge of at least one programming language and the use of AWS SDKs (Ruby, Python, Go).
• Good knowledge in a configuration management tool and good Linux knowledge, networking knowledge and experience in shell scripting (Bash)
Non-technical requirements
• Good communication skills to convey technical concepts and to properly support products teams in an embedded manner within the business organization.
Methodology / certification requirements
• Any kind of cloud engineering certifications are considered a plus, eg aws solutions architect or DevOps Engineer, Networking Specialist are welcome.
