Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,for our client in Stuttgart we are looking for a Data Security Specialist (m/w).
POSITION ID: 3354
TASKS
• Identify and evaluate the company’s data processing activities in regards to the new CRM tool Salesforce
• Provide advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the project
• Maintain records of processing operations
• Ensure we address all queries from data subjects within legal timeframes (e.g. delete their information from our databases)
• Liaise with other organizations that process data on our behalf
• Write and update detailed guides on data protection policies
• Offer consultation on how to deal with privacy breaches
• Follow up with changes in law and issue recommendations to ensure compliance
• Advising client executives and management on all information security issues
• Processing of group-wide conventions, decision proposals and process descriptions to ensure information security
• Regular review and analysis of information security incidents
• Monitoring of current safety warnings and, if necessary, definition of appropriate countermeasures
• Design and implementation of IT security training
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in data protection and legal compliance (+++)
• Solid expert knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws and practices (+++)
• Knowledge of data processing operations in the sector of CRM is preferable (+++)
• Very good knowledge of information security standards, such as ISO 27001, BSI, DSGVO etc. (+++)
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English (+++)
• Monitor and maintain records of all data processing activities conducted by the company (++)
• Familiarity with computer security systems (++)
• Willingness to travel (++)

• LOCATION: Stuttgart, 4 days per week, 20% remote possible
