For one of our clients we are looking for an Oracle/PeopleSoft Analyst (m/f)Scope and Objectives of Recruiting project
The current SaaS recruitment software solution will be replaced with the Oracle/PeopleSoft solution. Scope is a global bankwide phased rollout until the end of 2010.
It is done by a global team of HR and technical resources as well as outsourced partners.
The project started already being in the Fit/Gap or requirements gathering phase.
Scope of Work
objectives/deliverables:
Define and coordinate:
Understand DB requirements on Recruiting, provide solution approaches and design.
Write Gap resolution documents, and Functional Designs
Review technical documentation (TDD) provided by external partner, consult on technical approaches
Act as PeopleSoft Recruiting SME
Support and coordinate DB technical and functional SME's.
Support System Integration Test, coordinate and review test preparations
