One of our clients is looking for a Data Architect, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:Requirements:
A database architect (application knowledge is not required) to support the following:
- A review of current database for improvement opportunities
- A design for a longer term transactional database/warehouse which is more robust and that can be used to better run and monitor operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Database architect to address both our tactical solution and architect a longer term reporting database requirement.
- The context is that we currently provide procure-to-pay applications which leverage
- PRT for scanning and entry
- Ariba Supplier Network to receive electronic documents and to receive the documents from PRT
- Ariba Match Invoice application for approval and workflow routing
- Finally these transactions are posted to SAP R/3 as an accounts payable posting
- Transaction ID's in the respective applications are different and require mapping
